Balcones Baby Blue Texas Whiskey (750mL)

Balcones Baby Blue is the first legal Texas whisky since Prohibition.ÿ Made from 100% roasted artisanal blue corn, this particular varietal adds a unique nuttiness and freshness to this well-balanced spirit.ÿÿ Aged in new American oak barrels that have been lightly charred so as to not over-oak the whisky but rather accentuate the blue corn?s unique flavor qualities.ÿ Never any chill filtering or caramel coloring.

Distiller’s Tasting Notes
NOSE: melted butter, kettle corn, vanilla, toffee, cinnamon, honey, bread
PALATE: tropical fruits, brown sugar, cotton candy, smoked chilies
FINISH: medium long warming, late cinnamon/leather spice, mint, green peppercorns
